Sharples can provide thermoforming customers with fully assembled stackers or component pieces. When manufacturing a stacker, Sharples takes into consideration the geometry of the finished piece and the overall layout. A stacker can be created with as little as a mold file or molded sheet. All parts are laser-cut for accuracy and consistency. We can manufacture male pushers from a number of different materials, including aluminum, wood, and other more economical materials. Stackers work in conjunction with all other tooling such as dies and anvils.Features
