Sharples is the only diemaker in the United States with a dedicated metal-cutting laser. We have the ability to cut quality that dieboard machines cannot equal. For thermoformers, we can provide minimum heat-affected areas in buildup plates and cutting anvils. Sharples can laser-cut steel up to 1⁄2 inch, stainless up to 5/16 inch, and thin aluminum burr-free.
