Laser-cut dieboards are the best way to maintain consistency from the first cavity to the last. Sharples has the experience and knowledge to maintain the wider kerfs that thermoforming customers require. On a daily basis, we laser-cut 2pt to 8pt kerf accurately.

Sharples maintains a large inventory of various thicknesses of dieboards to make proper buildup heights. Our inventory also includes industry dieboard materials available to assist in heating the die.

Because we design and assemble stackers in-house, we understand how a stacker should be burned. Laser-cut locators permit consistency on multi-ups, and reorders are simple and accurate.
