Laser cutting brings consistency from the first cavity to the last, ensuring the accuracy of tooling, and Sharples adds the quality and turnaround that customers need.  Our quality policy is strict.  We check the kerf of our dieboards as they are cutting, during ruling, and in final inspection.  We have multiple lasers and shifts to accommodate our customers.

An assortment of requirements comes along with specialty dies.  Our depth of experience not only prepares us to meet those requirements but also supports our clear understanding of them.  For example, we understand the different requirements of a tight tolerance gasket die, a large bulky interior automotive job, or the clearance of a skin package die. 

We have experience with various material thicknesses and kerfs, and we plan ahead. Before laser cutting a specialty tool, we examine the job for requirements such as extending knives, tight radii, or the welding locations of a heavy-duty die.
