With this laser cutting system, Sharples can beat the competition on edge quality, accuracy, and flatness. Blank separating tools are cut burr-free, with minimum heat-affected zone, to ensure a clean and accurate blanking process.Sharples provides cut quality that dieboard machines cannot approach. Packaging customers now enjoy quick turnarounds, steel-reinforced stripping jigs, custom laser-cut perforation, and clean accurate blankers. We maintain a large inventory of different thicknesses of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also provide abrasive water-jet cutting as an alternative service. |
