Sharples provides the most-accurate phenolic counterplates in the industry. We manufacture phenolic counterplates to the most stringent tolerances and the highest quality.  Our process yields crisp, sharp channel scores so that your jobs run quickly and accurately.  You can choose counters in all thicknesses and in both rigid and flexible materials.

Sharples produces phenolic counterplates with a 1/2" skiving tool, the largest in the industry. With an ultra-wide design, this skiving tool prevents the counters from marking the cartons when your job is run.  A real-time linear probe continuously measures the depth of cut to ensure a precise counterplate.
